The Canadian Water Savings Smart Valve™ program is built around a simple principle: we only succeed when you do. Your monthly service and rental fee is calculated as a small percentage of your original water bill, not your savings, not a flat rate, and never a surprise. The lower your bill goes, the better the deal gets for everyone.
For example, if your monthly water bill is $2,000 before installation, we guarantee a minimum saving of 15%, bringing your new bill to $1,700 or less. Your monthly service fee at this level is 6% of your original bill ($2,000 × 6% = $120). That leaves you with a net saving of $180 per month, or $2,160 per year, before accounting for future water rate increases.

Your Monthly Payment, Explained

Your monthly payment is determined by the size of your current water bill. The higher your bill, the lower your percentage, meaning larger facilities benefit from an even more favourable rate. All payments include full service and rental of the Smart Valve™ in their entirety. There are no additional charges, ever.

Once you’re on the Smart Valve™ program, your monthly payment is locked in regardless of how much municipal water rates increase in the future. As water prices rise — and they will — your savings compound automatically while your service fee stays exactly the same. We also conduct a complimentary annual valve inspection at our expense to ensure your Smart Valve™ is operating at peak performance.
Our Savings Guarantee
If you don’t save, you don’t pay. It’s that straightforward.
We are so confident in our technology that we back every installation with a formal savings guarantee. If your Smart Valve™ does not deliver a minimum reduction of 15% on your water bill, you may request removal at any time, at our expense, with no penalties and no hidden fees. Alternatively, we will reduce your monthly payment to ensure it never exceeds 50% of your actual savings. Either way, you cannot lose.
